We have a really fun challenge for you at ABC Challenges this week to mark Earth Day. It's something crafters are really good at: use something recycled! I think once you start papercrafting everything around you gets looked at for crafting possibilities LOL.
The backing paper on my card is actually wrapping paper that was snatched away from my daughter as soon as she had opened her present, I just loved it. I inked the edges and stuck it down, then used a Waltzingmouse Vintage Labels 18 which matches Spellbinders Labels 18, and added a Hero Arts sentiment. The tissue flower was made from the lovely pink tissue that comes wrapped around orders from The Ribbon Girl. I cut several layers from Tim Holtz Tattered Florals then scrunched the layers before inking. The pearl button and the other two flowers are from The Ribbon Girl
So now's your chance to use those items you've been hoarding and keep meaning to use on a card and enter them at ABC Challenges - hope to see you there!
