January Blues at Craft for the Craic

This month at Craft for the Craic the theme is January Blues - we want to see how you interpret this, whether you use shades of blue, or make something that reminds you of January, or something that cheers you up in January.  We elcome all crafts so whether it's beading or baking, card making or crochet, we want to see what you've made over at Craft for the Craic.

I'm looking ahead to longer daylight and spring flowers.  I inked Evergreen Bough through a Tim Holtz stencil for the card panel, edged with black card strips.  The Hero Arts flowers were watercoloured with Festive Berries and Peeled Paint distress inks, before die cutting.  A twine bow and some sequins finished the card.

I'd like to enter this into:

(The pretty green twine is new.  Well not exactly, I've had it ages but never used it and recently found it during a tidy up.  So it's new to me. I love when tidying up means discovering stash you forgot you have)
